Sarah Salisbury, known for the fun and creative ways she engages her kids in unique activities, generously volunteered her time and talent to share her Superhero Training Camp with the Nanny Care Hub community. Now more than ever, we need Superheros that are brave, strong and most of all, kind. In this talk Sarah walks you through setting up a Superhero Training Camp that will cover everything from helping kids design their own, no sew, capes to kid friendly strength training (no weights needed!) to designing a rescue mission worthy of Superman!  Watch the video here.

Sarah is also the creator and organizer of Nannies of Central and Western NY.  If you’re in that area, check out their facebook group here.
